Video of the Day: How to Knead Dough
Since my stroke last year, I have not had the strength to knead my dough. I won't go into a long diatribe about my symptoms except to say: STROKE'S NO JOKE! Lucky for me I have a sou chef with big hands, muscly arms, and broad shoulders...and a his back...but I digress... Every so often he craves my cinnamon buns and fresh baked bread! YAY! So for now, Honey, if you want 'em kneading will have to be your bicep-tricep-shoulder workout for the week. I'll handle the rest. :-D
