A gluten free diet takes discipline, especially if your taste buds are predisposed to certain foods having a certain flavor and texture. Still, if you find that you or your children have symptoms that include constipation, bloating, gas, diarrhea, fatigue, joint pain, headaches, and skin rashes, then maybe you're suffering from gluten intolerance and should consider eating a gluten free diet.
